About
Make Protocol is a peer-to-peer collateralized credit protocol built from existing Verus features, including multisig vaults, atomic raw transactions, pre-signed time-locked transactions, currencies, and VerusID-backed marketplace data.
It lets two private parties enter a fixed-term loan agreement on chain, with cryptographic settlement, default, and rescue paths instead of an arbiter, committee, liquidation bot, or third-party intermediary.
Key features
- Peer-to-peer collateralized loans between two parties
- Atomic origination with collateral and principal exchanged on chain
- Pre-signed repayment and default-claim paths
- Cross-currency lending using Verus currencies
- VerusID marketplace data layer for offer discovery and reputation
- CLI recipes, helper utilities, protocol specs, and mainnet validation notes
